Every order we receive at Mac3 marks the beginning of a journey of a product designed to solve a challenge, meet a need, or bring an idea to life. And behind each order is a team working to meet a deadline, keep the promise of reliability, and deliver shared value.
Understanding the customer’s requirements – especially the critical points where zero mistakes are allowed – is the foundation of every Mac3 product. From the moment the order arrives to after-sales service, the product moves through a sequence of well-structured, well-controlled stages. These stages ensure maximum production efficiency, a solution that works in the field, and peace of mind for the customer.
Dialogue is the core of quality
Every new order comes with an essential question: “Does this product really match the customer’s needs?”
The answer is never taken for granted. The Mac3 sales team reviews the application, the operating conditions, and checks the technical data against the real requirements of the installation.
If something needs clarification, the customer is contacted to review technical or application details. This exchange is essential: it helps define the most suitable solution and prevents compatibility issues.
Customer care is our main goal. Our strength lies in our organization, combined with constant collaboration across all Mac3 departments Alessandra Castorina – Mac3 Sales Department
Only when every detail is perfectly clear do we confirm the order.
Once confirmed, the production team plans the stages – component manufacturing, assembly, testing – and communicates the timeline, including the expected ready-date, back to sales, who promptly updates the customer.
Materials, people, checks: inside the production department
Whether it is a float switch for level control or an inverter for water pumps, every order follows a rigorous planning process. Thanks to lean-based workflows, Mac3 can quickly adapt to changing requests and consistently meet the delivery dates communicated to customers.
Over the last few years we introduced the lean production principles. Even though we were skeptical at first, the company listened to our opinions. We added new checks along the process and created a new scrap-analysis flow, improving the entire production chain.

Each order involves a team working together to complete it: operators, technicians, and quality inspectors. Every production phase is documented and traceable. This full traceability allows Mac3 – even years later -to identify every single component used in a product, helping reduce assistance times and simplify diagnostics.
Before leaving production, every float switch and every inverter is tested individually. This 100% testing approach, performed entirely in-house, ensures constant, repeatable quality.
With individual testing, each unit is checked to verify both mechanical and electrical performance. For float switches, this includes key parameters such as the mechanical switching angle, electrical behaviour, and even aesthetic details. Every product must be perfect in all aspects.
What makes individual testing different from sample testing?
Sample testing, instead, checks only a portion of the batch.
Individual testing takes more time and coordination, but it guarantees the same level of reliability for every single item. For our customers, this means peace of mind and fewer unexpected issues in the field.
Communication doesn’t stop at delivery
After shipping, the Mac3 technical team remains available to answer questions quickly through a dedicated after-sales service that customers worldwide appreciate.
Collecting feedback has become a structured part of our continuous improvement process. Insights from customers have led to technical updates and new product developments – such as IoT integration for our inverters, through the MacLink app (available on the AppStore and Google Play) and the Helpdesk web platform.
These innovations mean that geographical distance is no longer a barrier. Today we support customers worldwide – from Europe to Asia, Latin America and North America – enabling them to remotely monitor inverters, quickly take action, simplify checks and maintenance, and reduce potential downtime.

Simplifying work, keeping full control
Every step — from order to delivery, from testing to after-sales – has been refined to make the work of companies and operators in the water sector easier and more predictable.
For pump manufacturers, it means consistent, reliable performance in every unit. For distributors, it means clear logistics and products that strengthen their reputation. For installers, it means easy-to-use devices for level control and pump management.
For Mac3, this means carefully listening, helping customers eliminate uncertainty, preventing problems before they arise, and ensuring that anyone who works with us can focus on their job – knowing everything is under control.
