Mac3 Brand & Communication Guidelines for Partners and Distributors

(Version 1 – October 2025)

1. CONTEXT

Over the last few years, Mac3 has invested in a full rebranding and digital evolution, aimed at strengthening our image and clarity of our communication.

This effort is already bringing results: the Mac3 brand is now more visible, more recognizable, and more consistent across international markets.

To continue this growth, we wish to make sure that the same clarity and consistency extend to every country where Mac3 is represented.

This policy reflects our commitment to help every partner benefit from the growing strength of the Mac3 brand through clearer materials, unified presentation, and stronger customer trust.
A consistent image protects what we have built together and supports your business in every market.

2. PURPOSE

The purpose of this document is to ensure a consistent, professional, and recognizable brand image of Mac3 across all international markets.
It introduces a set of shared guidelines to make communication simpler, more effective, and more valuable for all our partners.

3. SCOPE AND OBJECTIVES

This document applies to all partners, agents, and distributors authorized to sell or promote Mac3 products in their respective markets.
Our goal is to create a coordinated, credible, and visible global presence, aligning communication and brand usage in order to:

  • Strengthen trust and recognition in every market.
  • Improve search visibility for all distributors associated with the Mac3 brand.
  • Simplify the customer journey and highlight each partner’s local authority and expertise.

4. USING THE MAC3 BRAND

To maintain a clear and consistent image:

  • Always use the official Mac3 logo and materials provided by the company.
  • The logo must not be altered in color, proportion, or typography.
  • When shown together with a partner’s logo, it should appear as:
Mac3 logo — Distributed by [Distributor Name]
  • The Mac3 name cannot be incorporated into new domain names, company names, or social media handles without written authorization.

5. ONLINE PRESENCE AND DOMAINS

We recognize that some partners manage local websites to support their markets.

To protect and promote the brand effectively:

  • Each local domain containing “Mac3” should include a landing page connecting both to the official site https://mac3.it/ and to partner’s local website.
  • Mac3 can provide a ready-made, optimized landing page to simplify this process.
Local distributors remain fully free to manage their website, e-commerce or product pages independently.
  • Outdated visuals, old logos, or inaccurate product information should be replaced with current corporate materials.

This approach gives every partner full visibility while ensuring that customers always find reliable, updated information.

6. COMMUNICATION AND CONTENT

To ensure consistency and protect the reputation of the brand and our partners, product images, descriptions, and certifications must use the official materials provided by Mac3. The materials can be found on the Mac3 corporate website.

7. BRAND KIT AND MANUAL

Mac3 is committed to supporting its partners through:

  • A Brand Kit (logos, templates, color palette, updated guidelines).
  • Access to up-to-date visuals, product information, and digital assets, aligned with our rebranding work.

Our goal is to make sure every market speaks the same professional and visual language, so that each local presence benefits from the international brand recognition we have built together.

8. IMPLEMENTATION

Partners are invited to align their digital materials by Q1 2026.
Mac3 will assist each partner in this transition to make it as smooth as possible.

By working together, we strengthen not only the Mac3 brand but also the visibility and credibility of every distributor representing it.

A stronger global brand means more trust, more visibility, and more opportunities for every partner involved.
